Job summary

South Coast Community Services’ Hope Healing Connection program seeks a licensed therapist for a hybrid, mostly telehealth role in the Rancho Cucamonga area. A CA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist) is required, with opportunities for some in-office or field work across the Inland Empire and Orange County.

You will conduct intake assessments, provide individual and family therapy via telehealth, coordinate with medical providers, manage your caseload, and participate in ongoing

Qualifications

• Master's degree and active California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist)
• Post-licensure experience a plus
• Therapist licensed to practice in CA with telehealth capability

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and establish diagnoses and treatment goals.
• Provide individual, family and couples therapy, mostly via telehealth.
• Coordinate with medical providers and other resources for holistic care.
• Manage caseload and complete progress notes by the next business day.
• Maintain credentialing and licensing requirements.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support client care.
• Maintain confidential HIPAA-compliant records and ethics.
