Job summary

Hope Healing Connection (HHC), a program of South Coast Community Services, seeks a Licensed Therapist for a hybrid role delivering therapy primarily via telehealth to clients across Southern California, with optional in-office or field work in the Inland Empire and Orange County.

The position offers a modern pay structure with a salary of $88,000–$108,255 per year, bonus eligibility, generous PTO, and a 9/80 schedule in a supportive, learning-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field, or a PsyD/PhD.
• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist.
• 2+ years post-licensure preferred and bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to establish diagnosis, medical necessity and treatment goals.
• Build individualized treatment plans and provide individual, family and couples therapy, mostly via telehealth.
• Provide whole-person care and coordinate with primary care providers.
• Manage caseload and documentation, intake, titration and discharge as clinically appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention using established protocols when needed.
• Involve and support family members and consult with colleagues to support client care.
