Job summary

Hope Healing Connection (HHC), a program of South Coast Community Services, seeks a Licensed Therapist for a hybrid role with telehealth primarily from home. In-office or field visits optional in Inland Empire or Orange County.

You will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and couples therapy, mainly via telehealth, while maintaining a manageable caseload and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Licensed clinicians welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral license required for eligibility as a licensed therapist.
• Active California license in one of the approved disciplines (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Two or more years post-licensure are preferred for senior-level responsibility.
• Training in evidence-based practices is a plus and may be supported.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to establish diagnosis, medical necessity and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide individual, family and couples therapy, mostly via telehealth.
• Coordinate with primary care providers and refer to related services as needed.
• Manage caseload, intake, titration and discharge within clinical guidelines.
• Complete progress notes by the next business day and maintain confidential records.
• Provide crisis intervention using established protocols when needed.
• Involve family members when appropriate and consult with colleagues to support client care.
• Maintain licensure and complete credentialing promptly.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field, or a PsyD/PhD.

Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist.
