Job summary

Hope Healing Connection (HHC), a program of South Coast Community Services, seeks a Licensed Therapist for a hybrid role focused on telehealth across Southern California. The position offers a stable, full-time schedule with a 9/80 option and a pay range of $88,000-$108,255 plus bonus opportunities.

You will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate care, and provide teletherapy with occasional in-person or field work in the Inland Empire and Orange County.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and active California license.
• Experience with telehealth is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to establish diagnosis and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy (telehealth and in-person as needed).
• Coordinate care with medical providers and community resources.
• Manage caseload, documentation, and progress notes by the next business day.
• Provide crisis intervention following established protocols when needed.
• Support family involvement and coordinate with colleagues for client care.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with legal and payer standards.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology

Active California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist)
