Job summary

Hope Healing Connection, a program of South Coast Community Services, seeks a Licensed Therapist for a hybrid role with predominant telehealth across Southern California. The position offers full-time hours, a clear pay scale, and opportunities for bonus and merit-based increases.

The successful candidate will hold an active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist), provide evidence-based therapy, and participate in program-wide training and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Conduct intake assessments to establish diagnosis and treatment goals.
• Build treatment plans and provide individual, family, and couples therapy, mostly via telehealth.
• Coordinate with medication management and other services for whole-person care.
• Manage your own caseload, scheduling, intake, titration and discharge as clinically appropriate.
• Complete progress notes and maintain collaborative documentation by the next business day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to establish diagnosis, medical necessity and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy (individual, family, couples) mainly via telehealth.
• Coordinate with primary care and behavioral health resources for holistic care.
• Manage caseload and scheduling, intake, titration, and discharge as appropriate.
• Document progress notes and use collaborative documentation within the required timeframe.
• Provide crisis intervention using established protocols when needed.
• Involve family members and consult with colleagues to support client care.
