Job summary

South Coast Community Services, via its Hope Healing Connection program, seeks a Licensed Therapist for a primarily telehealth role in Southern California with hybrid options for in-office or field work in the Inland Empire and Orange County. The position is full-time, offering a 9/80 schedule and a pay range of $88,000 to $108,255 per year, plus bonus and merit-based increases.

You will work from home most days, with training in EMDR, PCIT, CSC, and more, and have access to comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist.
• 2+ years post-licensure.
• Training or certification in at least 2 evidence-based practices (e.g., EMDR, PCIT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to establish diagnosis, medical necessity and treatment goals.
• Build individualized treatment plans and provide individual, family and couples therapy, mostly via telehealth.
• Provide whole-person care: link clients to medication management and other resources, coordinate with primary care providers.
• Manage caseload and schedule, intaking, titrating and discharging clients as clinically appropriate.
• Use collaborative documentation and complete progress notes by the next business day.
• Provide crisis intervention using established protocols when needed.
• Involve and support family members and consult with colleagues to support client care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and follow ethical and insurance-payer standards.
