Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.
• Must obtain and maintain licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• At least two years of drug and alcohol counseling experience.
• HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality knowledge.
• CPR and First Aid certification; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and aftercare.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Possible supervision of associate therapists and clinical consultation.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
