Sierra Health & Wellness in Orangevale, CA seeks a Licensed Therapist to treat clients in chemical and alcohol recovery, provide ongoing individual and group therapy, and respond to clinical needs such as crisis response and milieu management.

The role supports multidisciplinary treatment planning, maintains HIPAA compliance, and may include weekly supervision of associate therapists; travel to multiple locations is required.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.
• Must obtain and maintain a state licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Hipaa knowledge and client confidentiality required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Assess and monitor client progress and behavior in treatment.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary treatment and aftercare planning.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and crisis needs.
• Supervise associate therapists and support SUD counselors.
