Qualifications

• Currently licensed (or provisionally licensed) in Missouri as PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, PLP, or LP; OR Masters degree in a license-eligible field with plans to obtain licensure.
• Offers contingent upon successful passage of state exams and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to address clients' mental health needs and goals.
• Facilitate group counseling sessions for clients with similar struggles.
• Conduct group education and workshops on stress management and related topics.
• Perform assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Offer codependency counseling to help clients set boundaries and build independence.
• Conduct counseling and interventions to resolve conflicts and improve relationships.
• Collaborate with case workers to coordinate client care.
• Coordinate referrals to more specialized services when needed.
