Job summary

Brightli in Missouri is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist for its Outpatient Services to provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with mental health and substance use concerns.

You will document progress, participate in treatment planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Requires a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work and an active Missouri license (PLPC/LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW, PhD, or PsyD); 2 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
• Current Missouri License as: PLPC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to an assigned caseload of clients, including individual, family, and group services
• Appropriately document all clinical/program activities according to quality standards
• Conduct treatment planning and reviews for assigned clients in a timely and clinically appropriate manner
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate service delivery
• Coordinate and monitor group counseling and group education activities for program participants

Education

Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work
