Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist for Outpatient Services in the Kansas City/Independence, MO area. The role involves providing individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and psychosocial assessments within a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work and is licensed (or eligible) in Missouri with at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to an assigned caseload, including individual, family, and group services.
• Appropriately document all clinical activities according to quality standards.
• Conduct treatment planning and reviews for assigned clients in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate service delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor group counseling and group education activities for program participants.
