Job summary

OhioGuidestone in Lancaster, OH is seeking a Licensed Therapist for MRSS Fairfield County to provide individual, family and group counseling under supervision. The MRSS approach supports crisis stabilization and resource linkage.

You will document treatment plans, respond to crises, coordinate CPST/SUD services, and collaborate with community partners. Applicants must hold LSW/LCDS III, LPC, or MFT license and a relevant master's degree, with ability to work days/evenings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Current LSW/LCDS III, LPC, or MFT license in Ohio, or equivalent.
• Experience with crisis intervention and mental health treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling to assigned caseload.
• Complete documented evidence-based Treatment Plan after the first encounter with client and review progress.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with client, family, and caregivers.
• Maintain clinical documentation per agency guidelines and attend supervision.
