Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field; NC license or provisional license required.
• Experience providing clinical assessments and person-centered planning preferred.
• Must be able to advocate for timely, appropriate levels of care and collaborate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA) and diagnostic assessments.
• Perform person-centered planning following NC policies and guidelines.
• Document accurately, timely, and comprehensively; ensure team review.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; discuss diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
• Engage clients to support Wellness and recovery goals.
