Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• North Carolina Peer Support Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and consultation to promote recovery and self-direction.
• Assist clients with self-determination and decision-making.
• Teach functional skills such as managing meds, finances, health care, and daily living.
• Model recovery values and encourage wellness.
• Promote self-advocacy and empower clients to exercise rights.
• Develop and implement Wellness Recovery Action Plans.
• Provide linkage to community resources and case management services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and adhere to policies.
