Job summary

Centerstone is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children in Indiana. You will perform assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions while maintaining timely records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and an LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC license, with 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC within the state or eligible.
• Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including evaluation and individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children.
• Maintain communications with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and documentation within 24 hours of service.
• Develop and implement quality clinical practices and treatment plans.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Collaborate with clinical team and community referral sources.
