Job summary

Centerstone in Indiana is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide psychotherapy across adults, adolescents, and children within the service area, following established guidelines for best practices.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or psychology, 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health, and an active three-letter or associate license. The position emphasizes timely documentation, billable productivity, and collaboration with the clinical team.

• Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Meet billable hour productivity standards.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Level: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Years of Experience: Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
• Experience: Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
• Certification/Licensure: Must have an active three letter or associate license.
