Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) seeks a bilingual (Spanish/English) Therapist to join our Southeast Counseling Center Adult Team. The role provides individual outpatient therapy to adults 18+, in-person and telehealth, within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and progress toward licensure or full licensure in Colorado. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days, 2 remote) with bilingual pay differential and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling from APA/CACREP/CSWE-accredited program.
• Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit within 30 days of hire and actively pursue independent licensure.
• Preferred: at least one year of clinical experience providing care to the appropriate client population, including diagnosing and delivering therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient therapy to adults 18+ in in-person and telehealth settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and a dedicated case manager.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with regular updates.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Ensure billing documentation is up-to-date and coordinate with insurers as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and case-management support as required.
