Job summary

Genesis Family Inc. Southeast Houston is seeking an Associate Licensed Therapist to join a biblically-based nonprofit mental health team. The role supports families by providing compassionate care to children, teens, and adults in person or via telehealth.

You’ll typically see 5–6 clients daily (not exceeding 30 weekly), with hour-long sessions, then complete notes and administrative tasks. The position offers growth opportunities, Saturday work initially, and a schedule aligned with our

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (Texas BHEC) in good standing.
• Interest in Biblically Based Mental Health Counseling.
• Willing to see clients in person and via telehealth.
• Ability to work with diverse ages and groups.
• Willing to work Saturdays initially with possible weekday swap.
• Aligned with Genesis Family mission and faith statement.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health care to clients.
• See 5–6 clients per day, up to 30 per week.
• Conduct hour-long therapy sessions.
• Complete notes and administrative duties.
