Therapy Center Houston is a therapist-owned private practice dedicated to empowering children, teens, and families through evidence-based mental health care. We handle marketing, billing, and scheduling so you can focus on helping clients thrive.

We offer competitive pay—from $60 to $110/hour and $100K+ annually for experienced clinicians—plus 50% employer-paid health insurance, vision, dental, and life insurance for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
• Associate license status with 1500 hours completed.
• Specific niche training (EMDR, IFS, somatic, play therapy, EFT, Gottman, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with adults, children, adolescents or couples.
• Strong background or interest in IFS, CBT & evidence-based practices.
• Team-oriented & growth-minded; eager to collaborate and learn.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas License (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Associate license status (LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT-A) must have 1500 hours completed.
• Specific training/certification in a particular niche is preferred (i.e. EMDR, IFS, somatic experiencing, play therapy, EFT, Gottman, etc.)
• Experience working with adults, children adolescents orcouples
• Strong background or interest in IFS, CBT & evidence-based practices.
• Team-oriented & growth-minded, eager to collaborate and learn.
• Availability for at least 2 afternoons/evenings per week or a few weekend hours.
