Job summary

Genesis Family Inc. is seeking an Associate Licensed Therapist for the Central West Houston location to provide biblically-based mental health care. The role supports 24–40 hours per week with in-person and telehealth sessions, typically 5–6 clients daily and up to 30 weekly.

You’ll write notes, handle admin tasks, and may later specialize in Marketing, clinical research, or nonprofit volunteering. The position offers a starting salary of 4,583.3–6,600 per month (50–80K per year) depending on

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in Texas (associate or fully licensed).
• Willing to see clients in person and via telehealth.
• Interest in biblically based mental health care.
• Ability to work Saturdays initially and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health care to clients with 1:1 sessions.
• See 5–6 clients per day; up to 30 per week full-time.
• Complete session notes and administrative tasks.
