Job summary

Star of Hope Mission in Houston, TX seeks a Part-Time Biblical Counselor to provide biblically grounded counseling for individuals and families in SOH programs, with weekly 45–50 minute sessions aligned to The Source curriculum.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in biblical counseling or related field and at least 3 years of Christian counseling experience; Biblical Counseling certification or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide biblically grounded counseling for individuals and families in Star of Hope programs.

• Maintain confidential counseling records and documentation per policy.
• Participate in trainings and cultivate a Christ-centered approach to ministry.
