Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a clinically skilled Therapist to deliver direct therapeutic services within our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs in Lisle, IL. The role includes comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment planning, and individual/group/family therapy to support recovery goals.

You will collaborate with medical providers and an interdisciplinary team, maintain regulatory compliance, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, LMFT, LMHC, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical therapy experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Active clinical license in the applicable state (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Experience in residential, inpatient, or detoxification settings preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and clinical documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Kipu preferred).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure continuity of care.
• Crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in supervision and quality improvement.
• Engage families and contribute to discharge planning.
