BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company delivering telehealth services from home, with autonomy over days and hours. The care team emphasizes regular virtual staffing with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.

We seek licensed clinicians who can collaborate with psychiatric and counselor providers, uphold evidence-based care, and serve diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate actively in a team-based format to coordinate between psychiatric and counselor providers.
• Deliver care from home with flexible days and hours, participating in virtual team meetings.
• Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases.

• We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.


• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.


• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.


• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.


• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)


• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.


• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.


• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.


• Solid computer and basic technology skills
