Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Pay: $79,000 Annually

What you will do: The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This may include services such as: clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. As the Licensed Therapist, you may document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals. This position may require you to provide crisis intervention, as necessary and does require monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.
To be considered you should: Have a Florida license as aLPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW~ Must have aMaster’s Degreein a relevant field ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
