Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is hiring for a clinician role in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a clinician-led team dedicated to improving behavioral health access.

The role requires an unrestricted license and a Master’s degree. Compensation includes a competitive salary, uncapped earnings, and a generous benefits package. You will have full administrative support allowing you to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Accepted licenses: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of dual condition diagnostic criteria.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a team of providers.
• Maintain timely health records within the EHR.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

Ability to work collaborative within a team of providers

Maintain timely health records within our EHR

Practice standard of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services

Appropriately refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities

Qualifications

Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
