Apogee Behavioral Medicine is actively seeking clinicians to join a dedicated, interdisciplinary team dedicated to integrating therapy and medication management to improve patient outcomes. We offer flexible full-time schedules across outpatient, remote, and hybrid models to support work-life balance and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Licensed: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work. Provisionally licensed clinicians are not considered.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery.
• Understanding of models and theories of mental illness and related issues.
• Ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team of providers.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records in the EHR.
• Practice standard of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services.
• Refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other treatments.

• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care

• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
