Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking clinicians to join a multidisciplinary team. The practice offers flexible full-time schedules with outpatient care, including remote and hybrid options, allowing providers to balance patient care with personal commitments.

Providers contribute to assessments and ongoing medication management within an interdisciplinary framework to optimize patient outcomes. Excellent compensation, benefits, and CME allowances accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery (NC).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work required.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other care-delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team of providers.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records in the EHR.
• Deliver psychotherapy services per standard of care.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and other treatments.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work collaborative within a team of providers
• Participate in new-hire orientation

• Practice standard of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services
• Appropriately refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery
• Accepted licenses: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work. Provisionally licensed clinicians are not being considered at this time.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
