Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking qualified clinicians to join a collaborative team in North Carolina. The role supports flexible full-time or part-time schedules in outpatient settings with hybrid models, enabling effective care delivery and patient access.

You will provide psychotherapy and coordinate with prescribers for medication management within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring best outcomes for patients and communities.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Accepted licenses: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery.
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and related issues.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of providers.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records within our EHR.
• Practice standard of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services.
• Appropriately refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities.
