Job summary

Keystone Retreat in Ephrata, PA is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist to join our residential substance use treatment team. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/ACT and motivational interviewing, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

We offer a $5,000 retention bonus, quarterly KPI-based bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, PTO, holidays, and sick time.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with licensure in PA or eligible for licensure.
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT or motivational interviewing.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience completing EMR documentation and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Keystone Retreat is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist to join our residential substance use treatment team in Ephrata, PA. Keystone Retreat is not affiliated with the previous company or prior operations that resided at this location.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking licensed clinicians who are passionate about recovery, client-centered care, and making a meaningful impact.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing. This role also includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating psychoeducational groups, completing timely EMR documentation, providing crisis intervention, supporting discharge planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Accepted Licenses: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or LSW/LAPC with CAADC.
