Job summary

Keystone Retreat in Ephrata, PA is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist to join our residential substance use treatment team. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/ACT and motivational interviewing, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

We offer a $5,000 retention bonus, quarterly KPI-based bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, PTO, holidays, and sick time.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with licensure in PA or eligible for licensure.
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT or motivational interviewing.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience completing EMR documentation and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT/DBT/ACT/motivational interviewing).
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and complete timely EMR documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and support discharge planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
