Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Washington licensure as an LMHC to provide telehealth sessions. You will join a supportive clinical community serving 175,000+ clients with flexible scheduling.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing. Eligible clinicians receive health insurance, loan repayment assistance, PTO, and other employer-sponsored benefits as a full-time team member.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as a LMHCA.
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Washington.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in counseling for depression/anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred).
• Available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support handled by Thriveworks.
