Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients in Montana during evenings and weekends. The role supports a nationwide hybrid care model with administrative support and training to help you build a full caseload quickly. You will be independently licensed (LCPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and must maintain availability for at least 10 sessions weekly with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed clinicians living in Montana (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Available for at least 15 hours weekly with 10 sessions minimum
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR tools

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health care to clients
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to document care and progress
