Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Montana. You must be independently licensed in MT (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and available for at least 15 sessions weekly with 20 total hours of availability.

This clinician-led team uses telehealth and EHR tools to deliver high-quality care across the country. Compensation goes up to $60,300 per year, with bonuses based on licensure type, session volume, and performance.

Qualifications

• Independent Montana licensure (LCPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) required.
• Availability for at least 20 hours weekly and 15 sessions per month.
• Comfort with telehealth and modern clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients.
• Maintain required session volume and schedule flexibility (7 a.m.–10 p.m. ET).
