Job summary

Thriveworks, a nationwide mental health care company, is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions from Montana. This W2 role offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours of weekly availability and includes comprehensive benefits.

You will join a clinician-led team delivering evidence-based care to a broad client base, with flexible scheduling across seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, backed by credentialing and admin support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and residing in Montana
• Licensed clinicians available for 25+ sessions with 30 hours weekly
• Open to treating diverse clients including couples and children
• Commitment to measurable client progress
• Comfort with telehealth technology and EHR systems
• Team-oriented and collaborative in a clinical community

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth mental health care to clients across Montana
• Maintain a full caseload with at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools effectively while documenting care
