Job summary

Thriveworks in Montana is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients across the state. The role requires independent licensure (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and a minimum 10 sessions weekly with 15 hours of availability, including evenings and weekends.

You'll work within a supportive clinical community, with administrative tasks handled by Thriveworks so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Montana.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Committed to measurable client progress.
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.
• Collaborative team mindset with positive contribution.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients.
• Manage a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with Thriveworks administrative support and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and client progress notes.
