Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate telehealth therapy to clients in Missouri, evenings and weekends. You will join a clinician-led team, supported by credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing assistance.

Qualifying licenses include LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PhD; availability for a minimum weekly schedule is required, with flexible shifts seven days a week. Benefits include paid orientation and training, and robust career support.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Missouri (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and in good standing.
• Available for at least 15 hours weekly and 10 sessions with clients.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools; team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based telehealth therapy to clients.
• Maintain client progress and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical community and supervisors.
