RHA Health Services, LLC in Wilmington, NC seeks a Licensed Team Lead to supervise an interdisciplinary team delivering community-based services for mental health and substance use challenges. The role coordinates treatment, supports skill development, and links the individual with natural supports and local agencies.

The position requires a graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field and valid NC licensure (LCMHC/LCSW/LMFT) or an eligible associate license, with at least 1 year

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in NC (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligible associate license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with behavioral health issues.
• Supervisory experience preferred; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise an interdisciplinary team delivering community-based services.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy in various settings.
• Coordinate with treatment teams, individuals, guardians, and community partners.
• Support skill-building, daily living and behavior management.
• Oversee on-call first responder system for individuals served.
