Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a licensed clinician to serve as Behavioral Health Team Lead, coordinating and supervising services for individuals with MH/SA needs across residential, school, and community settings.

The role includes supervising staff, ensuring PCP implementation, and maintaining detailed service documentation. A valid license and EMR experience are preferred to support 24/7 on-call coordination and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff supervision experience within human services.
• Strong communication and feedback skills for coordinating PCP implementation.
• Ability to interview, hire, train staff and manage performance.
• Experience in coordinating 24/7 on-call resources and first-response activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct staff delivering services under PCP.
• Coordinate services across residential, school, work, and community settings.
• Provide clinical supervision to employees and ensure documentation (daily notes).
• Oversee Service Authorization Requests and ensure current authorizations are in place.
