Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Owings Mills, MD.

Qualifications

• LCPC or LCMFT or LCSW‑C
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Maryland.

Compensation

Up to $112,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.

• Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Interest in growing into leadership roles or supervisory positions.
• Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
