Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth services in Arkansas, evenings and weekends. The clinician‑led organization supports credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training to help you focus on patient care.

As a W2 employee, you’ll earn up to $54,100 per year based on licensure type and session volume, with bi‑weekly pay, a 401(k) match, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and in‑house training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed to practice in Arkansas (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/CP).
• Available for at least 15 hours weekly and 10 sessions.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Proficient with telehealth technology and EHR tools.
• Committed to measurable progress and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care via telehealth.
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Offer sessions during evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with healthcare partners and clinical leadership.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools effectively.
• Engage in ongoing training and credentialing support.
