Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth mental health care to Arkansas clients. You’ll be independently licensed (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/CP) and available for 15+ sessions weekly with 20 hours of weekly availability, treating a range of clients including couples and children.

The role supports a clinician-led culture with credentialing, scheduling, and marketing assistance, plus paid orientation and training. Up to $54,100 base with full benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in Arkansas (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/CP) required.
• Willing to provide 15+ sessions weekly and 20 hours availability.
• Behavioral health generalist comfortable with couples and children.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based telehealth mental health care.
• Maintain client caseload and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with support teams for credentialing and scheduling.
• Adhere to Thriveworks policies and HIPAA standards.
