Job summary

Thriveworks in Arkansas is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth care to more than 175,000 clients nationwide. You must be independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CP) and available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.

The role supports a telehealth-first model with modern clinical technology and an extensive support network. As a full-time W2 clinician, you receive benefits including health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, PTO, a 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Arkansas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CP (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure quality outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and case consultations
