Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country via telehealth. The focus is on Arkansas, with flexible scheduling and a strong clinical community.

You will work as a W2 employee, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and opportunities for loan repayment assistance. Credentialing supports rapid caseload growth and onboarding, with sessions available seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed to practice in Arkansas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or CP).
• Available for at least 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Able to treat diverse clients including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth to clients.
• Support measurable client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate within Thriveworks clinical community and utilize telehealth/EHR tools.
