Job summary

BrightView in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a Therapist I to support recovery from substance use disorders. You will provide group and individual therapy, participate in treatment planning, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and state regulatory compliance.
• Active clinical licensure required.
• 1+ year experience as Counselor I or similar role.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and 42-CFR Part 2 desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide occasional individual counseling sessions.
• Assist with treatment planning and reviewing progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Document treatment data in the electronic health record.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
