Job summary

BrightView LLC is seeking a Therapist I in Cincinnati, OH to provide group and individual therapy for individuals on the recovery journey. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, document in electronic records, and participate in meetings and training to uphold care standards.

Required: 1+ year as Counselor I and a state-regulated Master's degree with active licensure. The role offers ongoing training, and a supportive work environment focused on recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to recovery support.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and intake assessments following best-practice guidelines.
• Provide individual counseling as appropriate and coordinate treatment planning.
• Document treatment data in electronic health records with accuracy.
• Attend on-site staff and multidisciplinary team meetings and trainings.
• Support onboarding and mentorship for new counselors within the site.
