BPR Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team in New York. We offer full-time and part-time roles for qualified candidates with a strong track record in structural design and analysis for diverse building projects.

Qualifications

Two+ years of experience as a licensed civil or structural engineer working on building projects.
Strong knowledge of structural engineering design principles, building inspection, and construction processes.
Experience in interpretation and application of California Building Codes and structural standards.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design of building systems in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Prepare, review, and stamp engineering plans, specifications, and calculations.
Coordinate design and plan review activities with architects, contractors, and other agency departments.
Provide technical guidance and code interpretations to clients, contractors, and staff.
Prepare clear and concise engineering reports, correspondence, and project documentation.
Assist with project management responsibilities, including scheduling, budgets, and client communications.
Ensure all work complies with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Provide services in an efficient, proactive, and client-focused manner.
