Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience in consulting/design.
• Strong background in calculations, analysis, and construction documentation.
• Experience using structural analysis software; Revit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for building and support structures using steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and other materials.
• Develop engineering calculations, technical reports, and supporting design documentation.
• Prepare construction drawings, details, specifications, and related deliverables.
• Review shop drawings, respond to contractor inquiries, and support construction-phase services.
• Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and observe construction progress.
• Evaluate existing structures and develop repair or retrofit solutions.
• Participate in forensic investigations and quality reviews.
