Qualifications

• Recent PE license or working towards license in the near future.
• 2 to 5 years experience in structural engineering with an emphasis on building structures.

Responsibilities

• Engineering and coordination.
• Preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
• Construction Administration including review of shop drawings and field observation.
• Attend internal and external meetings with clients and design team members.
• Structural engineering & analysis.

Skills

Knowledge of building fundamentals and design codes (IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI)

Proficient with structural programs (RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE, REVIT)

Strong technical skills

Excellent verbal and written communications

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Collaborate well within a project team

Specific experience with wind, seismic, and performance-based design

Education

Recent PE license (or working towards it)
