Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Current US PE license and ability to stamp/seal drawings.

• Experience leading drafting/design teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential & commercial building codes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and construction drawing review.
• Experience with structural analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CAD drafters and designers.
• Review drawings, calculations, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Establish drafting/engineering standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, and Operations for project execution.
• Stamp and seal drawings and calculations as required.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality.
