Qualifications

• Licensure as a steam operator in the state or municipality where work is performed.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and lead plant operations and maintenance work.

Responsabilités

• Oversight and operation, maintenance, and repair of boiler and/or chiller systems.
• Perform water treatment on boilers, steam systems, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Lead boiler/chiller teardown and major maintenance with supervision.
• Winterize chillers and cooling towers; troubleshoot HVAC controls.
• Ensure timely submission of timekeeping documentation and communicate across levels.
